Welcome to IX. IX respects user privacy and is committed to protecting personal information, business information, platform activity, and user-generated data collected through the IX platform, websites, applications, dashboards, AI Agents, Automations, the Command Centre, connected integrations, and related services operated by IX. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we collect it, how we use it, how we store it, how we share it, user responsibilities, platform rights, data protection limitations, legal disclosures, and third-party processing practices — including data processed by connected integrations and AI Agents acting on your instructions. By accessing or using IX, users expressly consent to the collection, storage, processing, transfer, and usage of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If users do not agree with this Privacy Policy, they must immediately discontinue use of the platform.
IX may collect, process, store, transfer, analyze, and use various categories of information including but not limited to: Identity Information: Full name, username, government-issued identifiers where required, date of birth, profile information, and business identity information. Contact Information: Email addresses, telephone numbers, billing addresses, business addresses, and communication preferences. Technical Information: IP addresses, device identifiers, browser type and version, operating system, platform information, login information, device activity, cookies and tracking identifiers, session analytics, time zone settings, approximate location data, crash logs, and performance diagnostics. Business Information: Business profile data collected during audits, business strategies, revenue details, market analysis, and intellectual property information submitted by users through IX tools and systems. Industry-Specific Operational Data: Depending on your selected industry (including Manufacturing, Field Service, Logistics, and Healthcare), IX may process operational data relevant to your Custom OS workspace — such as production/order data, dispatch and technician scheduling data, fleet and shipment tracking data, or administrative/operational healthcare workflow data. IX does not knowingly collect, and users must not submit, protected health information (PHI), clinical records, or other regulated patient data through the platform. AI Agent & Automation Data: Configuration and content of AI Agents and Automations you create (system prompts, messages, schedules, triggers), execution logs, conversation memory, business audit answers and scores, and Command Centre activity. Connected Integration Data: When you connect a third-party service (e.g. Slack, Notion, Google Calendar, WhatsApp, Telegram, or Gmail), we process the connection tokens/credentials and the minimum data needed for the Agent or Automation to perform the action you configured (e.g. a channel ID, a calendar ID, a recipient phone number or email address, and the message content). Payment & Transaction Information: IX may collect payment confirmations, transaction identifiers, subscription details, billing records, and membership purchase records. IX does NOT store complete debit card, credit card, or banking credentials — these are handled exclusively by authorized third-party payment providers (Razorpay).
