IX is a business automation operating system that helps companies deploy autonomous AI Agents, run Automations (Operations), and orchestrate real-world workflows across the tools they already use. The platform provides access to: the AI Agent Builder and SuperAgents workspace, the Business Audit and Command Centre dashboard, industry-specific automation modules (including Manufacturing, Field Service, Logistics, and Healthcare), pre-built Operations (lead follow-up, reporting, content, ad copy, sentiment analysis, and more), connector integrations (including Slack, Notion, Google Calendar, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Gmail), a shared team Inbox, and business intelligence and analytics tools. IX operates solely as a technology platform and workflow automation facilitator. It is not a financial institution, investment firm, funding platform, staffing agency, or regulated financial intermediary of any kind.

IX offers a paid Custom OS membership that grants access to a Command Centre generated for your business, AI Agents, Automations, integrations, and related dashboards and tools — configured for your selected industry, including Manufacturing, Field Service, Logistics, and Healthcare. Membership ONLY grants: Access to the IX platform, its dashboards, and its tools; the ability to configure and run AI Agents and Automations; use of connected integrations subject to each provider's own terms; and access to business intelligence, reporting, and support resources tied to your plan. Membership does NOT guarantee: Business success, revenue growth, cost savings, lead conversion, specific automation outcomes, uptime of any connected third-party service, or any other business or financial result. Users acknowledge they are paying for platform access, AI Agent execution capability, and technology infrastructure — not for guaranteed business results.

Use of the platform constitutes legally binding acceptance of these Terms.

Partner program earnings are not guaranteed and depend entirely on individual referral activity.
